(New West), Closure Solutions, Inc. (Closure Solutions) <br /> has prepared this Monthly NPDES Discharge Report(Discharge Report) for the property located <br /> at 6437 West Banner Street, in Lodi, California(the Site). <br /> This Discharge Report has been prepared in accordance with Order No. R5-2008-0085 (NPDES <br /> No. CAG915001) and a directive letter dated February 23, 2009 (received March 3, 2009) <br /> requiring the submission of monthly discharge reports summarizing analytical data from the <br /> groundwater extraction system's treatment train. In accordance with the February 23, 2009 <br /> directive letter, Discharge Reports are due by the 10th day following the end of each month. <br /> The groundwater extraction system at the Site is designed to capture and restrict downgradient <br /> migration of fuel additives in groundwater. The groundwater extraction system currently <br /> consists of five on-site extraction wells (EW-1 through EW-5), and seven off-site extraction <br /> wells (EW-6A, EW-7A, EW-7B, EW-8B, EW-9B and EW-1 OB). The treatment system consists <br /> of a 500 gallon holding tank, two 2000-Ib and one 1,000-1b granular activated carbon beds <br /> placed in series. Sample ports for the treatment train are located at the system influent, mid-1, <br /> mid-2, and effluent points. <br /> The March 2009 NPDES sampling event was performed on March 16, 2009. Samples were <br /> collected from the treatment train's INFLUENT, MID-1 and MID-2 sample points, and analyzed <br /> for Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons as gasoline(TPHg), benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and total <br /> xylenes(BTEX constituents), as well as the fuel additives Methyl-tertiary butyl Ether(MTBE), <br /> 1243 Oak Knoll Drive - Concord,CA 94521 <br /> (800) 988-7880 <br />
