Soil analytical results are summarized in Table 2 A copy of the laboratory analytical report and <br /> COC form are Included in Appendix D <br /> Drill cuttings generated during the installation of the wells were temporarily stored onsite on and <br /> under visqueen, pending laboratory analysis A licensed transporter hauled the soil to a proper <br /> disposal facility and the manifest is included in Appendix E <br /> Groundwater Sampling <br /> On November 10, 2005, Apex personnel developed and sampled extraction wells EW-1, EW-2, <br /> and EW-3 On November 14, 2005, Apex personnel developed and sampled the new monitoring <br /> wells On December 5, 2005, Apex developed and sampled wells EW-4 and EW-5 and re- <br /> sampled wells EW-1, EW-2, and EW-3 The wells were developed and sampled according to the <br /> Apex standard operating procedures (SOP) included as Appendix B The groundwater samples <br /> were transported under COC documentation to CLS <br /> On December 29, 2005, Apex conducted the fourth quarter groundwater sampling event in <br /> conjunction with the Flag City Chevron Groundwater samples were transported under COC <br /> documentation to Kiff Analytical, LLC, Davis, California, a State certified laboratory and <br /> analyzed for the constituents listed above but analyzed using the EPA Method 8260B <br /> Groundwater elevations and groundwater analytical results are summarized in Tables 3 and 4, <br /> . respectively <br />
