r 0 0 <br /> Public Notification Letter—Discharge of Treated Groundwater <br /> Flag City Shell, 6437 West Banner Street, Lodi,California 95242 <br /> The water will be treated on site and discharged to a privately owned on-site storm drain <br /> manhole (Figure 2) The storm drain system will route the treated groundwater to White Slough <br /> via existing drain piping and lift stations (Attachment A) The water will be permitted under <br /> CRWQCB General Order 5-00-119 for discharge to surface waters All monitoring will be done <br /> in accordance with CRWQCB General Order 5-00-119 Prior to any discharge, an effluent <br /> monitoring and sampling program will be pre-approved by the CRWQCB and an NPDES permit <br /> will be issued <br /> To demonstrate compliance, Flag City Shell will follow the CRWQCB's Monitoring and <br /> Reporting Program in Attachment B of the General Order No 5-00-119 for Receiving Water <br /> Monitoring Standards Receiving water monitoring will include monthly field measurements <br /> and observations for the presence or absence of dissolved oxygen, suspended matter, <br /> d,scoloiation, bottom deposits, aquatic life, sheen, '�isible film, fungi and any potential nuisance <br /> conditions Field measurements and observations will be recorded in notebooks kept on site and <br /> reported in quarterly reports submitted to the CRWQCB and regulatory agencies <br /> All interested parties have two weeks form the date of this letter to submit comments to the <br /> CRWQCB All correspondence should be sent to the following address <br /> California Regional Water Quality Control Board— Central Valley Division <br /> 11020 Sun Center Drive, 200 <br /> Rancho Cordova, California 95670 <br /> Attention Mr Michael Negrete, Sanitary Engineenng Associate <br /> If you have any questions or comments, please contact the undersigned at (916) 851-0174 <br /> Thank you, <br /> l <br /> Michael S Sgourakis, R G <br /> Senior Geologist <br /> CRG No 7194 <br />
