You show it EAST of the property line. Is it in <br /> Banta Rd? (County encroachment?). Then the two borings <br /> north of this one and north of the RR appear to be East of Banta <br /> Rd and it's unclear to me if they are in Banta Rd Right of way <br /> (ROW)or on PARCEL 88888888 just EAST of Banta Rd. And if <br /> so, who is the Property owner? AND the two other borings <br /> shown are slightly south east of these two and appear to be in <br /> "INDUSTRIAL LAND' shown on my assessor maps as parcel <br /> 252-150-11, owned by Alfred and Mabel Pombo. Do you plan to <br /> drill on MR. Pombo's land also? County <br /> assessor shows Joe Kowalski as the landowner. Clear this up. I <br /> can change the name on the permit, but without the correct <br /> landowner's access agreement I can't issue a permit for this <br /> parcel. <br /> 2-Rail road boring locations are confusing. The most southerly <br /> boring on Fig 2 of the 29March WP is unclear. County ROW? <br /> UPRR? Indicate the parcel this one is on. <br /> 3-The boring locations shown the Fig 2, EAST of Banta Rd are <br /> confusing. What parcel are they are?
