You requested a workplan for further investigation of the site by
October 22, 1993. I request an extension to November 19, 1993 for the following reasons:
• I did not receive your letter until October 7, 1993 and therefore have not had sufficient time to prepare
a workplan.
• I only recently became project manager of the site and need additional time to familiarize myself with
it.
Recent personnel changes in my work group have slowed my progress on responding due to
temporarily reduced manpower.
Thank you for your consideration. If you have any questions please contact me at 805/632-1042.
Sincerely,
_ H C
D.H.Christian
Environmental Specialist
cc: Mr.Ronald E.Hoffman,Tracy
xMs.Margaret Lagorio-- San Joaquin Public Health Services,Stockton
Mr.Bill Vizza,Director--Department of Public Works,Tracy
