Well Decommissioning and Replacement - 2 - 22 June 2022 <br /> Well Installation Work Plan <br /> Olin Chlor Alkali Facility <br /> Tracy, San Joaquin County, California <br /> COMMENT 2 <br /> Issue: Section 6.0 states the new groundwater monitoring well, MW-17, will be sampled <br /> semiannually for one year. <br /> Required Action: In accordance with the Revised Monitoring and Reporting Program <br /> No. R5-2012-0813-02 issued on 31 May 2022, Central Valley Water Board staff require <br /> the new groundwater monitoring well, MW-17, be sampled semiannually for the first two <br /> years and biennially thereafter.
