Collecting available information concerning the property and other data pertinent to the <br /> specific site; <br /> 2. Conducting a site visit to assess physical feAturds, observe adjacent land use, and <br /> gather evidence of indiscriminate and/or illegal wasle disposal; <br /> 3. Conducting a review of regulatory agencies' records, contacting appropriate regulatory <br /> personnel, and reviewing regulatory files regarding the property in question. <br /> A Phase I Environmental Assessment completed by NOA Environmental was completed on <br /> January 10, 2003, was reviewed. NOA Environmental revealed evidence of recognized <br /> environmental conditions in connection with the subject property. <br /> A Phase II Environmental Assessment completed by KI infelder on January 5, 2004, was <br /> reviewed. Soil and water samples were taken from the subject property to address concerns in <br /> the Phase I prepared by NOA Environmental. See sectior 63.1 for more information on this <br /> assessment. <br /> This Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Report discusses all work performed by NOA to <br /> date with regard to this project.
