Texaco proposes to drill ten boreholes from which to collect ten soil and five groundwater <br /> samples. In addition to standard petroleum analyses, leachability tests will be run on two of the soil <br /> samples. The workplan is approved as written. Please submit a report of results by 28 February 1998. <br /> A review of the file shows that Texaco has not submitted the third quarter groundwater monitoring <br /> report. This document was due by 30 October 1997. Please continue to conduct quarterly groundwater <br /> monitoring per the 31 March 1997 workplan.
