The
property occupies the eastern portion of the former TAOC Tracy Pump Station located along Beechnut
Avenue, west of Tracy Boulevard.
The report provides the 13 May 2004 quarterly groundwater monitoring analytical results related to leaks
from the former pump station facility and the Old Valley Pipeline formerly located on the property.
There are two onsite monitoring wells, two offsite (downb ad.ie-lit), and one offsite (upgradient)
monitoring wells associated with this project; the two onsite wells contain floating product and were not
sampled. Petroleum hydrocarbon constituents were not detected in the upgradient well; total petroleum
hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPH-g),benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylenes (BTEX), and
polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were not detected in the two upgradient wells. However,
TPH as diesel (TPH-d) was detected in the two downgradient wells at concentrations of 610 µg/L(Well
E) and 210 µg/L (Well F). These results are consistent with previous quarterly monitoring reports.
Separate phase floating crude oil has been removed for the previous five quarters from the two wells
containing product. This quarterly event, the wells contained approximately 5.6 to 5.75 feet of floating
product.
California Environmental Protection Agency
.d
rr Recycled Paper
