Therefore, the client shall be contractually bound to make said disclosures <br /> of Kleinfelder, its owners, principals, employees, or subcontractors. in lieu <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> The following table outlines the anticipated schedule for the environmental services. <br /> Task tVo Task Na <br /> me>: <br /> 1 Date 4 ; <br /> Field Work <br /> 2 April 9, 2013 <br /> Reporting May 10, 2013 <br /> CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSUMPTIONS <br /> This work plan and the attached cost estimate are based on the following assumptions: <br /> • This work plan is based on the presumption that SJCPW personnel will clearly <br /> mark private utilities on plans and will provide any and all available survey maps <br /> or other data to determine the location of underground storage tanks, existing <br /> subsurface structures, underground utilities and services. <br /> • SJCPW will provide sufficient health and safety information from which <br /> Kleinfelder can develop an adequate health and safety plan for our field <br /> personnel. <br /> • Adequate workspace and access will be provided by the client. <br /> • Kleinfelder is not responsible for the site safety of others. <br /> • Soil and/or water generated during the field assessment will be the responsibility <br /> of the client. <br /> • Pushprobe techniques are being proposed for this scope of work. The Client <br /> should be aware that this technique may be limited in its ability to penetrate hard <br /> soil, compacted soil, lime treated soil, etc., and additional means of investigation <br /> may be warranted depending upon actual Site conditions. Difficult probing <br /> conditions are likely to incur either additional costs or necessitate a reduced <br /> scope of work within the proposed time (two days).
