Benjamin Bolt
Drive in the city of Stockton, California. In this conversation I informed
you that this site was listed as a contaminated site under the Local Oversight
Program (LOP) . Because of this history of contamination I discussed the
proposed tank removals with LOP personnel. The individual from the LOP unit
assigned to this site is Mike Infurna, Senior REBS, of this office. He has
informed me that in the event of the possible discovery of contamination from
the tanks or associated piping system you may wish to submit a remedial
workplan at this time. A workplan must be submitted and reviewed by LOP
personnel prior to any over-excavation or removal of contaminated soil from
the site. It is highly recommended that such a workplan be filed prior to the
actual tank removal inorder to facilitate the completion of your project.
If you have any questions concerning this letter please contact me at (209)
468-0335. Should you have any questions concerning the submission of a
workplan, please contact Mike Infurna, (209) 468-3454.
Sincerely;
_ I
J Yoshioka, HS
/c: Mike Infurna, Sr. RENS
A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services
