Ben Holt Drive
Stockton, CA 95219
San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health
Division (PHS-EHD) has reviewed the "Third Quarter 1995 Ground
Water Monitoring Report" as submitted by your consultant, Fugro
West, and has the following comments .
Please modify your report format so that all tables and
laboratory sheets list groundwater analyses results in ug/1 (ppb)
and not in mg/l (ppm) . In phone conversations with your
consultant, my request to have the format changed resulted in a
referral to you to ensure that this requirement be utilized in
all future monitoring reports.
In addition, underground tank regulations require that all
quarterly reports contain an update on the status of ongoing or
pending investigation or remediation, recommendations on the
methods of cleanup proposed, and a schedule showing the dates for
completion of the investigation and remediation.
With only low levels of contamination in MW-3 , PHS-EHD is curious
as to your plans for this site . Any plans you can share with us
concerning the site' s immediate or long range future would help
us formulate our next oversight action.
You may contact Michael Infurna at (209) 468-3454 should you have
any questions .
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Division
Michael Infurna, Senior REHS Diane M.
