It's purpose was to supply irrigation water to the golf course_ It was tater <br /> converted to a municipal when the City Water Utility took over the system in this area. <br /> This well, although it can be used with no restrictions due to water quality,has been used very little since <br /> the City Water Utility started using surface water from Stockton East Water District in 1992. Prior to 1992, <br /> it was used predominantly in the summer months during peak demand periods. Since 1992,it has only been <br /> run to exercise and test for water quality on a quarterly basis. <br /> The well is 2524eet deep with perforations at various intervals from 65-feet to.245-feet. The well has no <br /> sanitary seal or sealed bottom. Its purpose is to provide domestic water supply to the City Water 1, ity. <br /> This well, although it can be used with no restrictions due;to water quality,has been used very little since <br /> the City Water Utility started using surface water from Stockton East Water District in 1992. Due to sand, <br /> this well was only used sparingly prior to 1992. Since 1992,the well has only been run to exercise and test <br /> for water quality on a quarterly basis. <br /> The well is 355-feet with perforations from 295-feet to 353-feet.
