(GTI), to describe subsurface environmental conditions at the
subject site, evaluate remediation alternatives, and to present a preliminary recommendation for
remediation based on a cost to benefit comparison.
Bio-sparging appears to be a technical and economical remediation alternative considering the
environmental conditions beneath the subject site. Chevron will begin preparing a Corrective
Action Plan to describe the implementation of this remedial technology. Any comments that your
agency or the CVRWQCB has about this technology are encouraged and will be considered during
the development of the Corrective Action Plan.
If you have any questions or comments, I can be reached at(510) 842-8695.
Sincerely, ,
Brett L.
