No groundwater monitoring of the site occurred during third quarter 1992. <br /> 2. Fourth quarter groundwater monitoring occurred on November 11, 1992. <br /> The resultant monitoring report"shall be submitted by January 29, 1993. <br /> While PHS/EHD was not notified of this sampling event. PHS/EHD will <br /> be provided 48 hours notice prior to any future site activity, including <br /> sampling. <br /> 3. First quarter 1993 groundwater sampling of monitoring wells and the City <br /> A of Stockton Municipal Well #16 shall be scheduled by February 8, 1993. <br /> 4. The work plan to install a down gradient monitoring well in the vicinity <br /> northeast of MW6 shall be submitted by March 15, 1993. The work plan <br /> shall include a PHS/EHD permit application, associated fees, and an <br /> encroachment agreement from the City of Stockton. The down gradient <br /> well is necessary to define the extent of groundwater contamination.
