Drilling of the down gradient well shall be scheduled by April 15, 1993. <br /> 7. Second quarter 1993 groundwater sampling of monitoring well shall be <br /> scheduled by May 10, 1993. <br /> 8. The problem assessment report shall be submitted by June 30, 1993.
