(WGR) has been retained by Chevron USA to <br /> conduct a soil vapor survey (SVS) at the Chevron service station at 2905 W. <br /> Benjamin Holt Avenue, Stockton, California (Figure 1 of Attachment 1). As <br /> requested, we have prepared the following workplan for your review. <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The site is located on the corner of Benjamin Holt Avenue and .Plymouth Road <br /> in Stockton, California. It is an active service station, presently being <br /> remodeled, that retails regular, unleaded, and super-unleaded gasoline. The <br /> former location of the underground storage tanks was on the south side of the <br /> site near Benjamin Holt Avenue. The new location of the underground storage <br /> tanks is on the north-central part of the site (Figure 2 of Attachment 1) . <br /> SITE PLAN <br /> A site plan that will be used to locate all tanks, pump islands, product <br /> transfer lines, and soil vapor points will be prepared.
