Site <br /> assessment was postponed_;,:until the,'. Chevron. station ,,rebuild, was,;completed in late <br /> October,`Iand pre-approval of the proposed work for the commingled plume from the <br /> California State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB). Pre-approval from the SWRCB <br /> is expected in early November. The San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (SJCEHD) originally requested the work begin by October 3, 2005.
