Initially,Costs shall be shared equally by the panties_ After the Relative Comtributiow are determined,Costs will be shared in Proportion to each party's Relative Contribution, and Costs paid during the period of equal sharing before detem ination shall be promptly reimbursed by the party having the greater Relative Contribution to the other party so that Total Costs are shared in such proportion_ ARTICM 3-TERAS The term of the Agreer int shall commence on the date of execution of this Agreemesrt by the parties and shall continue until(1)the government agency(ies)overseeing the investigation and remediation of the centarnination authorize the cessation of said activities, or(2) either party Provides zottce to the other that the agreement has been terminated, which tamun aon date shall be thirty(330)days from the date of such notive. 3
