i PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING SITE MITIGATION PLAN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at 2908 W. Benjamin Holt Drive, in the City of Stockton (APN 097-630- 32) on the southwest corner of the intersection of Plymouth Road and Benjamin Holt Drive, has been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) . The plan is a proposal for mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated the site due to unauthorized releases associated with underground storage tanks (UST) which were located on the property. PHS/EHD, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. The corrective action plan is available for public review at the Stockton Public Library, 605 N. E1 Dorado Street, Stockton at 10: 00 a.m. and 9: 00 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday; 10: 00 a.m. to 6: 00 p.m. Tuesday and Friday; and 10: 00 a.m. to 5: 00 p.m. Saturday (except holidays) and PHS/EHD, 445 N. San Joaquin Street, Stockton, California, during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5: 00 p.m. If a written request by any member of the public for a public hearing is not received by PHS/EHD by September 13, 1991 at 5: 00 p.m. the tentative decision shall become final on that date and time. All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to PHS/EHD at P.O. Box 2009, Stockton, 95201.
