An estimated schedule for completion of the investigation and the remediation activities at <br /> the site should be included in all quarterly reports. <br /> Information regarding the holding tank that is part of the underground recovery system should be included <br /> in the quarterly report. If the holding tank will no longer be used and is scheduled for removal, all possible <br /> effects on the recovery system must be addressed. <br /> I <br /> I <br /> Finally, upon review of the site file, it was noted that a Remedial Action Plan has never been submitted to <br /> this office. The operation of the recovery-well groundwater extraction system is a remedial activity. <br /> Pursuant to Section 280.67,Subpart F of 40CFR of the Federal Register, San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services,Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD),will conduct a public notice to consider comments on <br /> your Final Remedial Plan/Corrective Action Plan. <br /> Please prepare an Executive Summary of your draft Final Remedial Plan (FRP) to accompany our public <br /> notice by June 3, 1991. The draft FRP should provide a summary of- <br /> -data obtained during the Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study <br /> -identifiable remedial alternatives <br /> -risks associated with conditions at the site, as well as risks with the identifiable alternatives <br /> -the proposed and implemented remedial alternatives. <br /> A full-volume draft FRP (along with pertinent documentation) is to be made available for review at the j <br /> Stockton Public Library at 605 N. El Dorado Street, Stockton. The draft.FRP will also be made available for <br /> review at the PHS/EHD office, 445 N. San Joaquin, Stockton, during normal business hours. <br /> The selection of the remedial alternative'will be made only upon review and consideration of comments <br /> received during the public comment period.
