Access agreements were sent <br /> to the property owners on 10124/94. One agreement needs to be reissued due to a property <br /> owner change. <br /> A copy of the signed access agreement, a completed permit application with the associated <br /> $89.00 fee for each separate parcel to be drilled on, and an updated site map showing the <br /> locations of the proposed new wells should be submitted to PHS/EHD instead of a workplan <br /> addendum. <br /> The comparative assessment between this site and ARCO station #548 will be <br /> revised and resubmitted. For an explanation of the revised portions of the assessment, please <br /> refer to the ARCO station #548 summary in this letter. <br /> 3425 N. The start <br /> up date is expected to be approximately 6 months away as the design specification bid <br /> package is still being prepared and needs to be sent out for bid. Once the system is in <br /> operation, additional testing will be conducted to estimate the influence and the efficiency of <br /> the system. <br /> Additional analytical testing of the product evidenced in monitoring wells ATR#3 and ATR#8 <br /> will be conducted by Global Geochemistry Labs. The testing may determine the origin of the <br /> crude oil used to manufacture the product in the wells, specifically the product in monitoring <br /> well ATR#8. The testing will also determine if any specific additives are prevalent in the <br /> product which may indicate a manufacturer or a time of manufacture. An old photo showing <br /> other possible sources to this contamination was produced. PHS/EHD recommended <br /> additional research to help pinpoint another possible source. <br /> 25775 Patterson Pass Road, Tracy ARCO Facility #6100 <br /> PHS/EHD contact - Margaret Lagorio <br /> Mr. Robert Vieira has not yet responded to the request for access letters sent in April, October, <br /> and November, 1994.
