PHS/EHD is concerned that these goals have not been achieved. Below is a summary of the agreements and an evaluation of the progress to date. 1. Quarterly reports would be submitted prior to the next sampling event. PHS/EHD received the "First 1993 Quarterly Report" dated March 17, 1993 and prepared by Brown and Caldwell (BC) which included-,the results of quarterly sampling performed on January 27, 1993. To date, PHS/EHD has not received the second quarterly report which would have included the results of sampling performed on April 29, 1993. The third quarter sampling event occurred August 5, 1993. During the March 1993 meeting,PHS/EHD agreed to accept EMCON's short- form quarterly report for 3 of the 4 reporting quarter to expedite report submittal for our evaluation. It is imperative that our evaluation of the quarterly data occur prior to subsequent sampling events. If your consultant is unable to provide this format in a timely fashion, PHS/EHD requests that we discuss an alternative reporting format that will facilitate the expeditious transmission of the quarterly data. Please submit the second quarterly report immediately.
