S E C 0 R - --- --- - -- <br /> Work Plan for Well Abandonment <br /> ARCO Service Station No.2133 and Chevron Service Station No.9-4275 <br /> Stockton,California <br /> Page 3 <br /> REPORTING <br /> Upon completion of the work proposed herein, SECOR will prepare a report summarizing field <br /> activities of the investigation. The report will be submitted to Chevron Environmental <br /> Management Company, Atlantic Richfield Company, a BP Affiliated Company, and the SJCEHD <br /> and will include copies of field notes and any data sheets. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> SECOR is prepared to initiate field activities six to eight weeks after this work plan is approved. <br /> We anticipate that field work will require approximately 2 days to complete. The report will be <br /> submitted three to four weeks after field activities. <br /> LIMITATIONS <br /> This report was prepared in accordance with the scope of work outlined in SECOR's contract <br /> and with generally accepted professional engineering and environmental consulting practices <br /> existing at the time this report was prepared and applicable to the location of the site. It was <br /> prepared for the exclusive use of Atlantic Richfield Company, a BP Affiliated Company and <br /> Chevron Environmental Management Company, for the express purpose stated above. Any re- <br /> use of this report for a different purpose or by others not identified above shall be at the user's <br /> sole risk without liability to SECOR. To the extent that this report is based on information <br /> provided to SECOR by third parties, SECOR may have made efforts to verify this third party <br /> information, but SECOR cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of this information. <br /> The opinions expressed and data collected are based on the conditions of the site existing at <br /> the time of the field investigation.
