Streets Stockton, Callfornla <br /> Dear Thuy Tran: <br /> Attached is a copy of a letter for the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)to Pacific <br /> Gas&Electric(PG&E), dated August 21, 2012 regarding the transformer oil release near 103 N.E <br /> Street, Stockton, California. DTSC agreed that after the soil removal activities performed by PG&E, <br /> the contaminant concentrations at the site do not pose a significant, long-term threat to human <br /> health or the environment.
