As outlined in the VCA, DTSC agreed to review <br /> documentation associated with the cleanup efforts at the Site In order to evaluate <br /> if/when no further action (NFA)would be necessary. On behalf of PG&E, Cardno ERI <br /> submitted several documents to outline the work planned and conducted at the Site to <br /> achieve the NFA determination. The documents reviewed include the following: <br /> • Results oftne Soil Assessment and Work Plan for-Soil Removal, <br /> January 13, 2012 <br /> • Amendment to Work Plan for Soil Removal, April 18, 2012, and, <br /> • Soil Removal Completion Report , August 1, 2012 <br /> These documents outline the investigations and cleanup efforts conducted at the Site <br /> and provide post cleanup sampling results for the purpose of evaluating the remedlated <br /> condition of the property-. <br /> The Site consists of an area where electrical transformer oil containing polychlorinated <br /> biphenyls (PCBs) leaked from an elevated'transformer located on the West side <br /> of North E Street within a City of Stockton right-of-way near the address of <br /> 103 North E Street. The spilled oil covered an area approximately 20 feet by 15 feet <br /> that included exposed soil and a portion of the curb and asphalt of the street.
