B R W N AND HEAU-N <br /> C A L D W E L L 94MARI13PH2: 07 <br /> March 10, 1994 <br /> Mr Chuck Carmel <br /> ARCO Products Company <br /> Post Office Box 5811 <br /> San Mateo, Califonua 94402 017-7453-01/1 <br /> Subject Fourth 1993 Quarterly Report for ARCO Station 2133, <br /> 2908 Benjamin Holt Drive, Stockton, California <br /> Dear Mr Carmel <br /> This report presents water level measurements, results of groundwater sampling, and <br /> summarizes the status of the groundwater extraction system (GWES) This work was <br /> performed during the fourth quarter of 1993 at ARCO Products Company (ARCO) Station <br /> 2133 located at 2908 Benjamin Holt Dnve in Stockton, California The field work for the <br /> quarterly groundwater sampling was performed on November 9, 1993, by Emcon and <br /> Associates (Emcon) Field work for the operation and maintenance of the GWES was <br /> conducted by Brown and Caldwell This report was prepared under Task Order 2133-93-5 <br /> There is one groundwater extraction well (R) on site There are eleven on-site groundwater <br /> monitoring wells (E-2 through E-6, E-9 through E-12, and MW-1 and MW-2), and sic off- <br /> site groundwater monitoring wells (E-7, E-8;PR-1, PR-2, BHD-1, and BHD-2) (Figure 1) <br /> In addition, seven soil vapor extraction wells (V-1 through V-7),six air sparging wells (S-1 <br /> through S-6), and two groundwater morutormg wells (MW-1 and MW-2) were installed <br /> in October 1993 (also shown on Figure 1 ) The details of the well installations are <br /> presented in a separate report All groundwater morutonng wells, except well E-2 which <br /> was inaccessible, were sampled during the quarterly sampling event <br /> Tilts report was prepared in accordance with the standards of the environmental consulting industry at the time it was <br /> prepared It should not be relied upon by parties other than those far whom it was prepared and then only to the extent <br /> of the ecope of work which was authorised This report aoes not guarantee that no adduzonal environmental <br /> contamination beyond that described in this report exists at the site <br /> 03/10,94\745 WU.PORTS,.$ni93QTRRPC <br /> Environmental Engineering And Consulting Anatytrcal Services <br /> 9 6 [ 6 MicRo% A% ENiE P 0 BoxI3449 $ 1CRA%IE%To CA 9)813 3449 <br /> {916) 4dd 0 [23 Far {916) 856 5277 <br />
