At time of inspection, accumulation of junk and trash around the trailer and the use of solar panel to charge the vehicle owner's batteries have been observed. Although, there were no hazardous connections (water, sewer, power) observed at that time, a Nuisance Notice to Abate was issued for unsanitary conditions, lack of adequate garbage facilities, lack of potable water, lack of sanitation, and the occupancy of vehicle outside of an appropriate permitted park was issued and posted on the trailer. A recheck was conducted today, July 18, 2011 and found most if not all junk/trash and batteries have been removed. There were still no hazardous connections observed to cite the vehicle owner.
