I certainly appreciate your help in abating
the nuisance created by the trespass of Mr. Taylor upon the property. I have never met this Mr.
Taylor or have any idea how he asserts he knows me or had permission to "camp" or have
access to the property. I only learned of his name from the report mailed to me from the
Environmental Health Department and the phone conversation with me this morning from Ms.
Veloso-Cacapit.
am now 83 years of age, in diminished health, so any stress that is caused by any
unnecessary influence is certainly not welcome. Recently I have had many blood tests to
determine my declining health and I have a doctor's appointment at Kaiser Permanente
tomorrow in Hayward to go over these tests. lam hopeful this matter is resolved in a swift and
peaceful and proper manner so that all are pleased with the final outcome.
Neighbor Ravi Randhawa was to notice any unusual activity on the property but I have
not heard from him for a longtime. '
suggest that the San Joaquin County Sheriff continue and cite Mr. Taylor for trespass
and as a condition Mr. Taylor agrees and complies to restitution by removal of all debris from
the property whether or not he asserts he was the perpetrator. In this manner then the county,
and I as property owner, can be assured the property is left in a condition as it was the last
time I was healthy and able to come to French Camp to observe the cleanup and weed
abatement by Baylor Services of Stockton to which I have photographs in my file.
Respectfully, Philip M. Lehrman
i
1
7/18/2011
