SAN-JOAQUIN Environmental Health Department
COUNTY—
Complaint Record Daily Time and Activity Summary from 3/1/2015 to
6/21/2034 for 000043432 located at
6649 EMBARCADERO DR
Activity Date Recorded by
compliant and he told me no since we were not able to locate the source. Muni
asked me to call the waste water treatment plan close to the marina and see if
they had any discharges that could led to this. At 3:13pm I left the site.
AT 04:05pm I looked on google map which Waste Water Treatment facility was
close to the marina. City of Stockton Water Treatment plant seemed to be closest
waste water treatment plant. I called the Environmental contact, Debbie Livermore
and explained to her the information we received in the spill report, and asked her
if she is aware if any discharges from any of their plants. Debbie told me she will
get with the manager, and call me back.
05/09/2017 At 10:09am Debbi called me and said that there was no reported discharges that PE 2546 SAEED
90 min could impacted the marina. Also she emailed me a google map indicating the SC 004
water ways between the marinas and COS city of Stockton water treatment plant.
She stated in the email "We didn't have any changes in our treatment plant
processes, or deviations from our discharge permit. As you can see on the map,
the marina quite a ways from the plant, an veers off of the water flow of the river. "
11:22pm I called Tim to see if he has any updates. He told me that Officer Lee
with SF Coast Guard was there today, and nothing new was concluded. Tim told
me that the sheen looks less than yesterday and the booms did a good job on
collecting the sheen. Time told me that he did his walk around today and still could
not find the source.
I completed the narratives for yesterday and today.
05/09/2017 1 completed prop 65 PE 2546 SAEED
18 min SC 203
05/09/2017 At 10:09am Debbi called me and said that there was no reported discharges that PE 2546 SAEED
132 min could impacted the marina.
