This facility does not have a valid EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste. This facility has an active state ID number, but disposes of more than 1 00k per month of RCRA hazardous waste. 10.21 tons of RCRA hazardous waste was generated in 2018. A hazardous waste generator shall not treat,store, dispose of,transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without an ID number. If you or your business generates more than 100 kg of RCRA hazardous waste and/or more than one kg of acutely hazardous waste,then you need to obtain an EPA ID number. Go to the DTSC web site http://www.dtsc.ca.gov/IDManifest/PERMHWID.cfm for the form to apply for an EPA ID number. Immediately obtain an EPA ID number to manage RCRA hazardous waste and submit evidence to the EHD. This is a minor violation. 104 HSC 25244.19, 25244.21 Failed to adequately complete a Source Reduction plan and have it available for review. A source reduction evaluation review and plan was not prepared or available for review during the inspection. In 2014, 33.7095 tons of hazardous waste was generated. 13.676 tons of that was RCRA hazardous waste. A source reduction evaluation and plan shall be prepared once every four years and contain the information listed in HSC 25244.19(b). Immediately prepare a source reduction evaluation review and plan and submit a copy to the EHD. This is a minor violation.
