In <br /> 2014, 33.7095 tons of hazardous waste was generated. 13.676 tons of that was RCRA hazardous waste. A source <br /> reduction evaluation and plan shall be prepared once every four years and contain the information listed in HSC <br /> 25244.19(b). Immediately prepare a source reduction evaluation review and plan and submit a copy to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 106 CCR 67100.9 Failed to prepare and submit a Summary Progress Report every four years. <br /> A summary progress report was not prepared and submitted to DTSC. In 2014, 33.7095 tons of hazardous waste <br /> was generated. 13.676 tons of that was RCRA hazardous waste. A Summary Progress Report, DTSC Form <br /> #1262, shall be prepared once every four years and submitted to DTSC. Immediately prepare a summary progress <br /> report, submit it to DTSC(and a copy to the EHD). <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 109 CCR 66265.53 Failed to maintain a hazardous waste contingency plan onsite and submit to required agencies. <br /> The contingency plan was not available at the time of inspection. A copy of the contingency plan and all revisions to <br /> the plan shall be maintained at the facility at all times. Immediately locate a copy of the contingency plan for the <br /> facility and submit a copy of the plan to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 303 CCR 66265.33 Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination equipment. <br /> The secondary containment pallets for the hydraulic fluid and used oil located in the oil room were observed with oily <br /> liquid in them. All facility communications or alarm systems,fire protection equipment, spill control equipment, and <br /> decontamination equipment,where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure its proper <br /> operation in time of emergency. Immediately begin this practice. Submit a statement to the EHD of how this was <br /> corrected. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by March 8, 2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate($152).
