The closest lakes to the site are: Lake Lincoln, 0.5 miles to the southwest; North <br /> Lake, 0.7 miles to the northwest; Grupe Lake, 0.8 miles to the north-northwest; and <br /> Meadow Lake,0.6 miles to the southeast. <br /> The closes* schools to the site are: the Tully Knowles School, 0.5 miles to the <br /> southeast; the Mabel Barron School,0.8 miles to the northwest; and the Lincoln Village <br /> Academy, 100 feet to the southeast. <br /> SITE-SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION <br /> 61- <br /> Figure 4 is a detailed Site: Map. The locations of property structures including the 3 <br /> station house, pump islands, monitoring wells, and underground construction such as <br /> USTs and vapor p lines are shown. Appendix A contacts site photographs of the property. <br /> The four(4) USTs on the property are: <br /> 1,000 gallon waste oil USTL <br /> 6,000 gallon gasoline UST <br /> a 8,000 <br /> allon gasoline UST <br /> R <br /> 8 <br /> � g 10,000 gallon gasoline UST. <br /> O, <br /> a <br /> The gasoline tanks are cathodically protected and of single-walled steel construction. <br /> The waste oil UST is located approximatelyf five feet south <br /> of the station house/garage. <br /> The three gasoline USTs are located in the northwest corner of the property directly <br /> adjacent to each other in a lengthwise, NW-SE orientation. The two pump islands are <br /> x <br /> located immediately east of the three gasoline USTs. An overhead canopy covers the <br /> pump islands. The surface material is predominantly asphalt with some surface concrete <br /> in the vicinity of the gasoline USTs and pump islands (delineated on Figure 4). <br /> During this investigation, three (3) monitoring wells were installedan the property. <br /> Well MW-I is located nine feet SW of the gasoline UST tank field. Well MW-2 is 17 <br /> feet NE of the northernmost pump island.
