i ' <br /> SITE HISTORY <br /> Exxon Retail location Number 7-3330 was constructed in 1968. All underground <br /> storage,tanks:(USTs)on the property ate the original tarsks;no tanks have been excavated <br /> or :mplaced to:date. The :station was rlaslhd on 4 March 1991 in preparation for <br /> divestment as Exxon's lease on the property will expire in 1992. Exxon plans to remove <br /> ail existing=USTs as well as all product delivery Hhes by the end-of 1991. <br /> As part of station closure, the contents of the tanks were pumped out, dispensers 3 <br /> removed and stored in the station house,product lines capped at the pump islands, and a <br /> 6-foot temporary chain link fence erected on the property. <br /> This study is a pre-tank removal environmental assessment. Subsequent to this <br /> investigation, Exxon plans to submit a tank removal workplan to the Public Health <br /> Joaquin Services of San County. <br /> q � <br /> SENSPITVE RECEPTOR SURVEY <br /> A sensitive receptor survey was performed in accordance with Exxon's Guidance <br /> Information. The results of this survey have been submitted to Exxon as a separate <br /> document. The following summarizes the results of the survey. <br /> • One (1)public water supply well within 2400 feet of the site. <br /> • No private water supplies within 1000 feet of the site. <br /> i <br /> • No subway within 1400 feet of the site. <br /> + No basements within 1004 feet of the site. <br /> + One(1) school within 1000 feet of the site. <br /> • No surface water bodies within 1000 feet of the site. <br /> • Nine(9) gasoline USTs within 1000 feet of the site (excluding the on-site USTs). <br /> 'Bare (3) waste oil USTs are probable within 1000 feet of the site (only one <br /> confirmed; excludes the on-site WOT). <br /> 2-3 <br /> 175-07.R3 4124191 <br />
