All levels
of hydrocarbons detected in soil and groundwater les were samples l
. P below laboratory
„-t
detection limits and no further investigative work was recommended. However, ten (10)
4
. soil borings were installed during 1990 in a proposed new UST field location as part of a
pre-tank replacement site-assessment. Soil sample analyses indicated detectable levels of
TPH and BTEX in the proposed new UST location.
k
ARCO Station No.2133
In May 1984, ARCO reported a gasoline spill at their station located 700 feet to the
east of the Exxon station. The spill was estimated to be a volume of 2000 to 3500
gallons of gasoline. The USTs and surrounding soil were excavated and replaced.
Subsurface investigations were then conducted involving installation of ten (10) on-site
2-4
175-07.,Ri 4/24191
