(AGE) is hereby granted permission to perform a subsurface <br /> investigation at 110 West Beverly P1ace,Tracy, California (the site). The subsurface investigation <br /> is being conducted to assess soil and ground water for contaminants related to former operations at <br /> the former Church Refrigeration facility at 104 West Beverly Place, Tracy, California.
