Based on these favorable results, <br /> AGE recommends: <br /> • Collecting groundwater samples from MW-4 and newly installed monitoring well <br /> MW-8 and analyzing the samples for constituents proposed in In-situ Chemical <br /> Oxidation Pilot Test Work Plan, dated 02 December 2009, and the additional <br /> analytes requested by the EHD by letter dated 03 March 2010; <br /> • Collecting groundwater samples from MW-4 and MW-8 and "additional wells as <br /> required by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) <br /> general order R5-2008-0149;" <br /> • Performing an in-situ chemical oxidation pilot test by injecting five percent <br /> RegenOxTm at five discrete injection points approximately 7 feet from MW-8 as <br /> presented in In-Situ Chemical Oxidation Pilot Test Work Plan, dated 02 December <br /> 2009. <br /> The EHD approves the pilot test for RegenOxTM injections following the collection of <br /> groundwater from MW-4 and MW-8 to determine background/baseline site conditions and <br /> submitting the findings to the CVRWQCB and the EHD, and approval by the CVRWQCB for <br /> the pilot test work plan as stated in the General Order, Number 2 of Section A (Conditions <br /> of Eligibility).
