To: bmillman@.advaeoenv.com
Subject: Vapor Intrusion Mitigation System
Good morning Brian,
I have a few questions concerning the Weldon Church Property vapor intrusion mitigation system
proposed by Advanced GeoEnviron mental, Inc.
1. Is Terra-Petra Environmental Engineering licensed in the State of California?
2. What is the anticipated noise level of the proposed vapor intrusion mitigation system?
3. Will you please provide me an operation manual for this system?
4. Is there a reason why the PVC pipe does not run the entire length along the east side of the crawl
space (parallel to the two other PVC pipe lines on the north side of the header pipe)?
I would like to get the results from this week's indoor/crawl space/ambient air sampling as soon as
the analytical data becomes available (before the official report is prepared). This will help
in evaluating the design of the vapor intrusion system.
Thanks, Brian.
Vicki McCartney, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
600 East Main Street
Stockton,California 95202
Phone: (209)468-9852
Fax: (209)468-3433
Email: vmccartney a sjcehd.com
3/29/2012
