Haulers who remove hazardous materials from the NCRC&SL as <br /> requested under the load checking program shall deliver to <br /> the County' s Department of Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division proper documents and/or a <br /> manifest within ten (10) days verifying that the subject <br /> materials were disposed of properly. <br /> If prohibited wastes are delivered to the site and the <br /> responsible delivering party cannot or will not safely <br /> remove the waste, the County will then contract with a <br /> licensed hazardous waste hauler for removal and ultimate <br /> legal disposal .
