(polychlorinated biphenyl) <br /> ■ If prohibited wastes are delivered to the NCRC&SL, such <br /> wastes, when detected, shall be removed from the site <br /> by the responsible party within 48 hours from time of <br /> notification and shall be .disposed of by the <br /> responsible party as prescribed by state and federal <br /> laws. <br /> ■ Any collector who removes such hazardous materials <br /> shall deliver to the San Joaquin County Department of <br /> Public Works, Solid Waste Division, proof (proper <br /> documents and/or manifest) that subject materials were <br /> disposed of properly. <br /> ■ if prohibited wastes are detected at the site, and the <br /> responsible delivering party does not safely remove the <br /> waste, the County will then contract with a hazardous <br /> waste hauler for removal and ultimate Legal disposal. <br /> The responsible party will be billed for associated <br /> costs. <br /> ■ Further information regarding proper disposal of the <br /> prohibited wastes listed above is available from the i <br /> San Joaquin County Department of Public Health <br /> Services, Environmental Health Division, at (209) 468- <br /> 3420. <br /> ■ Solid waste haulers who do not comply with the <br /> requirements of the load checking program stated herein ' <br /> Will be prohibited from using the NCRC&SL for disposal. <br /> A copy of this notification has been sent to all solid waste <br /> haulers who use the NCRC&SL.
