I am the defendant in the above-captioned action, and am the owner of the real property <br /> 21 upon which the underground storage tanks which are the subject of this action are located. This real <br /> 22 property is commonly known as 4950 N. Bonham, Linden, California (the "Property'), and I obtained <br /> It <br /> 23 title to the Property on or about February 19, 1976. ;E <br /> 24 2. I have been informed by the San Joaquin County, Public Health Service, Environmental <br /> 25 Health Division ("PHS/EHD") that there are two underground storage tanks on the Property (the <br /> f <br /> 26 "Tanks"), and I have also been informed by them that at some time iri the 1950's to 1960's a gas station <br />{ , f <br /> 27 was operated on the Property. I have no personal knowledge regarding whether or not a gas station <br /> 28 was ever in fact operated on the Property, but I have personally observed the two fill caps for input <br /> - 1 - 000262 <br />
