i{ <br /> '1 <br /> 1 2.0 KEY MANAGEMENT AND SAFETY PERSONNEL <br /> k. 2.1 Project Manager i3 <br /> I <br /> i • <br /> Rod Reeve is the Project Manager for TtEMI and will be responsible for project oversight. He or his <br /> i designee will interact with the client and regulatory agency personnel to ensure proper implementation of <br /> the site work plan and the site health and safety plan. <br /> 2.2 Field Activities Manager& Safety Officer <br /> Greg Alyanakian will be the TtEMI Field Activities Manager and will be responsible for all site operations. <br /> He will also be Safety Officer(SO)or will appoint an alternative SO;in his place. As SO, he will have the <br /> primary responsibility of implementing this site health and safety play which includes ensuring personnel <br /> health and safety,correcting improper conditions,and following accepted safety practices. Unless an <br /> emergency is involved,he will notify the TtEMI Project Health and Safety Off cer prior to modifying any <br /> safety procedures detailed in this plan. Mr.Reeve will act as the liaison with local agencies and will notify <br /> agencies in the event of a hazardous materials release to the environment. <br /> �F <br /> 3.0 SITE INVESTIGATION <br /> 3.1 Scope of Work <br /> During the site investigation,TtEMI or a TtEMI-approved subcontractor will conduct the following <br /> activities in support of the UST site evaluation: <br /> • Task I-Work Plan Development: Prepare and submit a work plan for review and comment } <br /> I� <br /> by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services-Environmental Health Division(PHS- <br /> 3 <br /> EHD)to obtain regulatory concurrence before initiation,ofthe proposed field activities. <br /> k <br /> + Task H-Field Work: Prepare and submit a site-specific health and safety plan for the <br /> subject site. Contact Underground Service Alert(USA)�to identify buried utilities. TtEMI will <br /> advance three soil borings,collect approximately 30 soil samples from the borings, and submit, <br /> } <br /> the samples for laboratory analysis. �{ <br /> • Task III-Report Preparation: Prepare a site assessment report to present the data collected <br /> during the field investigation and recommendations. <br /> 4 <br />
