A copy of <br /> that workplan is attached. <br /> The small pile of soil was removed to an approved landfill - <br /> Environsafe Services of Idaho. Inc. , Grandview, Idaho 83624. The <br /> movement of this material was performed by North state Environ- <br /> mental, P.O. Box 5624 South San Francisco, CA 94083. See attached <br /> Uniform Hazardous Wggte Manifest (#90464241) dated July 15, 1991. <br /> The large pile of soil was returned to the original hole. <br /> Additional soil to complete filling the hole was obtained from <br /> available fill on our site, according to the original workplan. <br /> The movement and loading of all soil was performed by Thorpe Oil <br /> Company-, Lodi, California, a registered and approved contractor. <br /> See attached invoice dated July 10, 1991. <br /> All work was overseen and documented by competent Ceco <br /> personnel. <br /> Ceco Building Systems requests your office's early approval <br /> of this work so tha the project file can be closed. <br /> i <br /> Sincerely, <br /> ThOTa BurnetteQWESSlp Gerald W.
