Re: Workplan For Closure <br /> Underground Tank Site #2363 <br /> Dear Ms, Meays: <br /> Ceco' Building Systems in order to close this tank site and <br /> bring this matter to a conclusion , proposes to do the fol- <br /> lowing work: <br /> 1. Remove the small pile of soil, estimated at 5 <br /> cubic yards, to a state approved landfill using <br /> a state approved contractor ;-to transport the <br /> material. This work includes profiling and sta- <br /> bilizing the material as may be :'required. OR <br /> Bioremediate the small pilel�of soil according to <br /> procedures proscribed by SCS EnE!lineers of Dublin , <br /> California. Upon successful bi6remediation , the <br /> soil would be returned to the original hole. <br /> ie <br /> soi , -,e <br /> 1- "'estimated at' 40 <br /> L <br /> to 50 cubic yards , to the hole I <br /> from which it <br /> originated. <br /> 3.
