Remove the small pile of soil, estimated at 5 <br /> cubic yards, to a state approved landfill using <br /> a state approved contractor ;-to transport the <br /> material. This work includes profiling and sta- <br /> bilizing the material as may be :'required. OR <br /> Bioremediate the small pilel�of soil according to <br /> procedures proscribed by SCS EnE!lineers of Dublin , <br /> California.
