Harlin Knoll PHS/EHD <br /> The following are summaries of the discussions and agreements <br /> reached for each site. <br /> 501 W. Kettleman Lane, Lodi ARCO Facility #434 <br /> PHS/EHD contact - Margaret Lagorio <br /> Monitoring well 6 which was improperly abandoned with the <br /> construction of the Boston Chicken facility had reportedly <br /> been found with the use of ground penetrating radar. Boston <br /> Chicken was to be issued a "Notice to Abate" by PHS/EHD for <br /> the proper destruction of the monitoring well . ARCO was to <br /> obtain the permit for the destruction by May 23 , 1995 . <br /> The biofilter has been operating for about a month at this <br /> site . About two pounds a day of hydrocarbons are being <br /> extracted and with a 70-75% reduction by the biofilter less <br /> than one pound a day is being emitted as required by the San <br /> Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District . <br /> 25775 Patterson Pass Road, Tracy ARCO Facility #6100 <br /> PHS/EHD contact - Margaret Lagorio <br /> A work plan for drilling on Robert Vieira' s property is to be <br /> submitted to PHS/EHD. The work will be scheduled when the <br /> soil has dried out from all the rainfall so that damage to the <br /> property is minimal .. <br /> 7906 N.
