To advance two soil probes:one in the area of former P-1 and one in southern area of former <br /> UST#1. <br /> 2. To collect soil samples from 5 to 20 feet below ground surface(BGS) in the area of former P-1 <br /> for analysis.(TPH-d) and comparison to ESLs..Additional samples will also be collected from <br /> 45 to 65 BGS near former P-1 for analysis(TPH-d)to.determine the vertical limits of soil <br /> contamination. <br /> 3. To collect a soil sample at 13 BGS for.analysis (TPH-g, BTEX)and comparison to ESLs. The <br /> sample results in this area (UST removal sample 1992)failed the comparison to ESLs and <br /> current contaminant concentrations are required for evaluation to ESLs. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. The on-site stockpile generated during the gasoline LISTA removal in 1992 must be sampled <br /> and characterized. If contamination is present,appropriate disposal must be implemented. <br /> 2. The partially open LISTA excavation must be backfill with approved material and compacted <br /> prior to advancement of the proposed soil boring. <br /> 3.
