The on-site stockpile generated during the gasoline LISTA removal in 1992 must be sampled <br /> and characterized. If contamination is present,appropriate disposal must be implemented. <br /> 2. The partially open LISTA excavation must be backfill with approved material and compacted <br /> prior to advancement of the proposed soil boring. <br /> 3.
