Broadway SITE CODE : 2577 <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Today, San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental <br /> Health Division (PHS-EHD) met with you to discuss your site . <br /> Information was exchanged and an agreement was reached as to the <br /> next direction your site investigation will take . <br /> The only monitoring well located onsite shall be sampled now for <br /> Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons as Gasoline and Diesel by EPA Method <br /> 8015 modified (with preparations GC/FID-5030 and GC/FID-3550 <br /> respectfully) . The detection limit for this test is 50 ug/l . <br /> This well shall also be sampled and tested for Benzene, Toluene, <br /> Ethyl Benzene, and Xylene (BTEX) by EPA Method 8020 GC/PID <br /> utilizing a detection limit of 0 . 5 ug/l . <br /> Any Department of Health Services certified laboratory will be <br /> familiar with these tests, preparations, and detection limits, <br /> but should there be any questions, please have your lab contact <br /> me . <br /> Under requirements within the Tri--Regional Guidelines, a minimum <br /> of three well casing volumes shall be purged from the well prior <br /> to collection of the sample . Stabilization of the temperature, <br /> electrical conductivity and the pH within loo is also required. <br /> Please ensure that the firm and person you select to sample the <br /> well is familiar with these procedures . Purge water must be <br /> containerized and held on site until laboratory analyses can <br /> determine and confirm the levels prior to disposal . <br /> Sampling events completed during one quarter should have the <br /> report of findings submitted to PHS-EHD prior to the next <br /> quarter' s sampling event . Therefore, a sampling event in this <br /> fourth quarter of 1994 shall have the report submitted prior to <br /> any sampling event for the first quarter of 1995 .
