No report has�been received since August 19, 1993. <br /> f '- <br /> Petroleum constituents found in MW1 indicate that soil contamination on site Lias impacted ground water beneath <br /> the site and will need further investigation to determine the extent of the plume: <br /> i <br /> ` IF <br /> PHS-EHD directs your to initiate quarterly groundwater monitorings and sampling immediately and to <br /> submit a proposal that will outline the next phase(s) of investigation:�Include in this proposal a time <br /> schedule showing dates that investigative procedures will start, end, and dalfes reports will be submitted to <br /> PHS-EHD. Submit this proposal by November 30, 1994. <br /> The next quarterly report is due at PHS-EHD by October 15, 1994 for this third quarter. <br /> Sites attempting to qualify for reimbursement under the Cleanup Fund are required to be in compliance with <br /> PHS-EHD in order to be eligible to receive funds.
