SAN1 OA Q U I N Environmental Health Department
UNTY-
Complaint Record Daily Time and Activity Summary from 1/1/2017 to
5/2/2017 for CO6XPHU2T located at
3028 Navy Dr, Stockton
Activity Date Recorded by
02/28/2017 1 was told by Garrett and Muni to contact the State Water Board, and DTSC to PE 2546 SAEED
78 min discuss the lab analytical result for the samples that were taken for this incident. SC 007
Garrett sent me the contact information. I reviewed the report that was generated
by Garrett Backus. I called Steven Meeks with the State Water Board, and he did
not answer. I tried the second contact, Brad Shelton with the State Water Board. I
spoke With Brad , and Brad asked me to send to him the report for this incident
and the lab result. I scanned the report that was generated by Garrett and emailed
it to Brad with the lab result.
I called DTSC, and left a voice mail for Leona Winner to call me so I can discuss
this incident with her.
Leona called me back, and I discussed the incident with her, and emailed her a
copy of the incident report, and the analytical report.
03/08/2017 1 received the manifest for the soil waste removal . Jordan stated that she "Still PE 2546 SAEED
18 min working on the acetone'; in other words, she still investigating why the acetone SC 544
shows on their sample analysis. I reviewed the manifest, and emailed Jordan to
send the disposal records for the liquid waste.
03/24/2017 1 reviewed the incident report for completion. We still have not received the liquid PE 2546 SAEED
12 min waste disposal records and statement explaining why acetone was detected in SC 544
one of the sample. Also told her she has not SC 544
answered my questions about the acetone detection; Jordan told me does not
have an answer yet for the acetone; I told her if she does not, she need to send
me an email stating that they could find the cause.
Later on, Jordan emailed me the liquid waste manifests, and stated that she"
evaluated all the products we have on site and nothing has acetone, therefore we
are unsure what would cause the appearance of that in a soil analysis"
I reviewed the manifests.
