SANJ O A Q U I N -nvironmental Health Department <br /> —C()UNTY-- <br /> Complaint Record Daily Time and Activity Summary from 7/3112017 to <br /> 8/15/2017 for 000043917 located at <br /> 3028 NAVY DR <br /> Activity Date Recorded by <br /> 08/01/2017 8:15am- Called Jordan Cain @ 209-851-4077. 1 asked her when the cleanup PE 2546 HANG <br /> 120 min company will arrive. She said NRC subcontracted to Ponder Environmental to SC 544 <br /> perform cleanup and they were on scene. They are in the process of removing the <br /> fencing, and preparing for cleanup. <br /> 8:36am- Left Office <br /> 8:54am-Arrived on scene. Spoke with Ponder Environmental supervisor Jose <br /> O'Campo, Jordan Cain and Juan De Los Santos of Pacific Ethanol, and Steven <br /> Bender of the Port of Stockton. <br /> Was briefed on the spill. Ponder environmental used JPX cleaner to place on the <br /> ethanol to lower the LEL earlier this morning. Railcar that released ethanol : TCBX <br /> 193709. <br /> 9:16am- Called Richard Grigsbay of Central California Tractor Company, the RP. <br /> Left voicemail. <br /> 10:00am - Left scene, to head back to office, as we wait for excavator. <br /> 10:09am -Arrived at Office. <br /> 08/01/2017 Prop 65 PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 30 min SC 203 <br /> 08/01/2017 11:50am -Arrived at incident location. Discussed the plan with Supervisor Tony PE 2546 HANG <br /> 180 min Fedota of Ponder environmental services. [707-365-2333]. The spill is bigger than SC 544 <br /> originally anticipated. Will need more bins. <br /> 1:00pm- Left incident location. <br /> 1:40pm -Arrived back at Incident location. 6 extra bins were ordered, for a total x12 <br /> 20yd bins. Bin number: PT1311, PT1423, PT4103, PT4553, PT3534, PT327, DB <br /> 1573, DB 424, DB1564, DB1239, DB1566, DB979. <br /> 3:00pm-Approximately a 30'x 5'x 4' section has been removed. And a 54" x 64" <br /> x 9"section has been removed by the water main line. More excavation is needed. <br /> Ponder environmental crew stopped due to heat. Will return tomorrow morning <br /> before Sam to continue cleanup. <br /> 3:05pm- Left incident location. <br /> 3:26pm-Arrived back at Office. <br /> Page 2 of 6 <br />
